Group environment training:
We aim to have no higher than an 8:1 player to coach ratio. Individualized training includes, but is not limited to, sprint training, plyometrics, power movements, strength movements, and other sport-specific exercises. Sessions are typically an hour long. Monthly fee will be based off whether the athlete trains once per week or 2+ sessions per week. Our Springfield location is open 6-7 days a week, while our Jacksonville location is open 4-5 days a week.

Winter Arm Care and Velocity Program:
- 10 weeks
- Cost for current members: $475; $650 for non members
- Runs from after Thanksgiving until first week of February
- Twice a week (one weeknight, one weekend), 90min sessions
- We schedule around our basketball athletes’ games
- Progression program that ramps up the throwing arm and prepares it for the Spring
- Spots are limited
