The WSS Speed School summer camp will run weekly for 6 weeks beginning in June. Work with our certified coaching staff during multiple one hour sessions to improve your strength and speed. Click the button below to find out more information.
WSS Speed School

WSS Speed School will have a direct focus on improving running mechanics, starting speed, and creating more force through drills. We will also incorporate basic strength building movements. Our laser timing system will be used to test our athletes before, during, and after the camp.
Location: Overtime Training Academy, 3604 N. Peoria Rd., Springfield
Dates: 6/10, 6/17, 6/24, 7/8, 7/15, 7/22 (All Wednesdays)
Time: 1:00-2:00 PM
Group environment training:
Individualized training includes, but is not limited to, sprint training, plyometrics, power movements, strength movements, and other sport-specific exercises.
- Sessions are typically an hour long.
- Monthly fee will be based off whether the athlete trains once per week or 2+ sessions per week.
- Open 6-7 days a week
Team network Training:
Have a school or club team that could use a strength and conditioning program? Ask us about our network training options! We will create the programs, track progress, and make sure each athlete is progressing.
We track vertical jump, broad jump, and sprint times. Our laser timing system is state of the art and takes out the guess-work. We will work with your team on when to host your offseason programs and the duration of the program.

Winter Arm Care and Velocity Program: not currently available
- Packages offered for 15 weeks, 12 weeks, and 10 weeks
- Cost ranges from $550-675 (Includes WSS Unlimited Strength Membership)
- Twice a week (Wednesday, Saturday, and Sunday options), 60min sessions
- Progression program that ramps up the throwing arm and prepares it for the Spring
- Spots are limited to 8 per package
plyometric program: not currently available
Come and work with our certified coaching staff during our one hour sessions for our JUMP program. Designed to specifically target increasing vertical jump height and explosiveness. Sessions will be held for 5 weeks on Sundays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays. Attend as many as you desire.

Youth Winter Speed camp: not currently available
Winter Speed Camp will be held for kids ages 8 - 13 years. Come and work with our certified coaching staff during our one hour sessions to improve your starting speed, top speed, and running mechanics. Sessions will be held for 4 weeks on Mondays and Wednesdays. Attend as many as you desire.
