Each summer camp will run for 6 weeks beginning in June. Work with our certified coaching staff during 6 one hour sessions to improve your strength and speed.

Team network Training:
Have a school or club team that could use a strength and conditioning program? Ask us about our network training options! We will create the programs, track progress, and make sure each athlete is progressing.
We track vertical jump, broad jump, and sprint times. Our laser timing system is state of the art and takes out the guess-work. We will work with your team on when to host your offseason programs and the duration of the program.

Group environment training:
We aim to have no higher than an 8:1 player to coach ratio. Individualized training includes, but is not limited to, sprint training, plyometrics, power movements, strength movements, and other sport-specific exercises.
- Sessions are typically an hour long.
- Monthly fee will be based off whether the athlete trains once per week or 2+ sessions per week.
- Our Springfield location is open 6-7 days a week, while our Jacksonville location is open 4-5 days a week.
Winter Arm Care and Velocity Program:
- 10 weeks
- Cost for current members: $475; $650 for non members
- Runs from after Thanksgiving until first week of February
- Twice a week (one weeknight, one weekend), 90min sessions
- We schedule around our basketball athletes’ games
- Progression program that ramps up the throwing arm and prepares it for the Spring
- Spots are limited
