Group environment training:
In our most popular training model, clients are thoroughly evaluated to start. This evaluation is used to prepare a starting point for each individual athlete. This environment is a group setting, with each athlete completing their own individualized program for an hour session. We aim to have no higher than an 8:1 player to coach ratio. Individualized training includes, but is not limited to, sprint training, plyometrics, power movements, strength movements, and other sport-specific exercises. Sessions are typically an hour long. Clients can be on a monthly rate or per session rate, based on training frequency. Most groups will be scheduled 2-3x a week depending on age, experience, and availability. Gym is open 6-7 days a week, so there is a lot of flexibility with scheduling sessions.

Team programming:
Have a large team of athletes in need of a strength program? These programs are a bit more generalized than our in-house programs. We use your facilities and equipment. We will come in and coach your athletes for the first couple of sessions, assessing and teaching proper technique. Your team will be given a monthly periodized program based on what part of the season it is for the athletes.
