Congratulations to WSS Athlete Rosie Bartletti on receiving back to back honors (2021-2022) as Large School Softball Player of the Year for the Capital Region.
Rosie is one of the most explosive athletes to ever train at WSS. Her competitive presence and intensity are felt throughout the gym when she trains. Rosie dominated every facet of the game throughout her 4 year career as a Cyclone and it's obvious why she was chosen for back-to-back honors. She will continue her academic and athletic career on the softball diamond as a Prairie Star at University of Illinois-Springfield.

Congratulations to WSS athlete Sam Antonacci on being named 2021 Large School Baseball Player of the Year for the Capital Region.
For the last 3 years Sam has put in the work at the gym to improve his game. He thrived in the training environment provided and made tremendous strength gains in his time with us. Sam continues to put in his off-season work with WSS whenever he is home from school. He currently attends Heartland Community College on a baseball scholarship.

Congratulations to WSS athlete Cam Edmonson on being named 2019 Large School Baseball Player of the Year for the Capital Region.
The honor comes after Cam took the last two years to take his body and game to the next level. He had 3 goals when he started with us: throw 90 mph, receive a D1 scholarship, and win CS8 Conference POY. Cam achieved all 3 of these. He will be attending Indiana State University on scholarship to pitch for the Sycamores.
