WSS Speed School will have a direct focus on improving running mechanics, starting speed, and creating more force through drills. We will also incorporate basic strength building movements. Our laser timing system will be used to test our athletes before, during, and after the camp.
Location: WSS Facility, 3604 N. Peoria Rd., Springfield
Dates: June 9, 2025 - July 16, 2025
Camp sessions are offered twice per week. Athletes may attend as many sessions as desired over 6 weeks:
- Mondays from 1-2 PM
- Wednesdays from 1-2 PM
