WSS Arm Care Program
What's Included:
-2 1-hour sessions of arm care per week (3 options to choose from)
-Unlimited strength membership to WSS in order to maximize results
-Access to on-site technology for advanced athletes such as Rapsodo, ArmCare.com, and Pocket Radar (with display)
-Safe and proven on-ramp program and techniques to prepare for the 2025 season
Package A = 15 Weeks running from 11/3-2/16
Package B = 12 Weeks running from 11/24-2/16
Package C = 10 Weeks running from 12/8-2/16
Weekly session options are:
Wednesdays at 6 or 6:30 PM
Saturdays at 11 AM
Sundays at 3 PM
Ages 10-18
Coaches: Jared Washko, Cam Edmonson, Mitch Dye, Andy Antonacci, Easton Blankenship
