Athletes will be exposed to our jumping and fast twitch program that promotes increases in power and vertical jump height. Attend as many or as few sessions as the athlete wants throughout the 5 weeks.

Beginning 9/16 and running through 10/19
Available Tuesdays 5:30-6:30 PM, Thursdays 5:30-6:30 PM, and Sundays 11:30-12:30 PM
